Cable Laying Up Machine

The machines are used for laying up of multi-core cables on bobbins DIN1250, 1600, 2000 etc.

13-die rod breakdown machines for drawing 8mm copper or 9.5mm aluminum rods and wires collected by double spooler or coiler.

We can supply testing equipment for partial discharge, impulse, heat cycle and other types of testing requirements.

We can supply extrusion lines with extruder sizes from 30mm to 200mm for insulation by PVC, PE, Nylon, FEP etc.

It is designed for the production of oxygen free copper rods of 8mm - 17mm, typically used for wire and cable industry.

The machine can be used for laying up of multi-core cables, as well as armoring by steel wires or steel tapes.

The machines are designed for stranding of Al, Cu and ACSR conductors. The no. of bobbins can be 19, 37, 54, 61 or more.
